River Road Creations cutters are made in Montana using double edge steel blades set in hardwood. They will make cutting bodies from foam or any material quick, accurate and easy. A cutting mat is provided with each cutter. The Damselfly/Dragonfly cutter set, contains three different sized foam cutters which come seated in a custom-sized matching tool caddy.

To preserve the life of the cutter it is recommended to use included cutting mat.
