One (1) STP, size eight STP Frog tied with camo (top) and bone (bottom) colored foam and olive and black grizzly flutter legs and molded 3mm eyes. This pattern is tied on a barbless heavy wire hook to ensure it lands right side up every time. These flies are tied without a weed guard.

The STP (Swimming Top Water) Frog has a clamshell design that forms a three-dimensional frog shape and allows you to use various colors for the top of the body with a contrasting light-colored underbelly. The fly is lightweight and easy to cast and will not twist your leader when fished on a 2x or heavier leader. The open mouth creates a gurgling sound, and the fly’s action is highly realistic. You can also swim the frog just under the surface, which is often a deadly technique.
