I have been very disappointed with the overall quality of most of the buck tails available to fly tiers in recent years. I have located a new source of high-quality premium buck tails that I am proud to offer to Panfish On The Fly customers. These premium tails are produced locally and represent some of the finest buck tails I have come across in a long time. These preserved differently than most commercially available buck tails. The hide on these tails are flexible not stiff and are 100% odor free. The hair is incredibly soft and supple. These natural un-dyed tails have hair fibers that are 4-6 inches in length.
